Logging coverage assessment

Banded by host count and number of network or application tiers in scope. Deliverable is a written coverage map and sequenced recommendations.
Alerting and retention review
R7 500 per workshop day
Alternatively a fixed package when alert volume and history exports are known up front. Includes revised rule set and retention schedule draft.
Administrator walkthrough sessions
R4 200 half-day · R7 200 full day
Remote by default; on-site sessions in Breede Valley or nearby Cape Winelands towns may include travel billed at cost.
What changes an estimate
- Number of distinct log source families (syslog, file shippers, cloud control-plane exports)
- Need for after-hours windows
- Depth of written runbooks versus live sessions alone
