Content on this site describes professional log monitoring setup guidance and related advisory engagements for administrators. Published rates are informational until confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original materials belong to Page Spruceway (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise noted. Engagement deliverables such as runbooks created for a client are licensed to that client for internal use as stated in the engagement confirmation.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through forms.

Liability

Guidance is advisory and co-built under your change control. Page Spruceway is not liable for production incidents arising from changes your staff apply, for third-party software behaviour, or for indirect or consequential loss, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts with jurisdiction in the Western Cape may hear disputes arising from site use or engagements, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
