Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers professional guidance engagements offered by Page Spruceway (Pty) Ltd—assessments, setup guidance, reviews, and walkthrough sessions.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for engagements that are cancelled within the windows below, or where we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative date. Informational website browsing does not involve payment.
Timeframe
Written cancellation more than seven calendar days before the first scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable travel already booked with your approval. Cancellation within seven days: fifty percent of the prepaid engagement fee may be retained, unless otherwise agreed in the statement of work.
Partial refunds
If an engagement has started and remaining unused days are cancelled by mutual agreement, unused prepaid days may be refunded proportionally after deducting work already delivered and materials prepared specifically for your estate.
Non-refundable items
Completed assessment reports, delivered runbooks, and finished walkthrough sessions are non-refundable. Pre-approved third-party travel costs already incurred are non-refundable.
Deposits
Where a deposit secures dates, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows as prepaid fees unless the confirmation email states otherwise.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Client no-shows for a booked session without notice may forfeit that session fee. We will propose new dates promptly if we must reschedule.
Work already started
Hours already spent on discovery, documentation, or guided build are billable and not refundable even if later phases are cancelled.
Refund process and method
Email hello@page-spruceway.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Processing time may vary by bank.
